Description Through the Community Adult Learning Program, Advanced Education supports the delivery of adult learning opportunities, professional development for adult learning practitioners, and other initiatives that foster the advancement of community adult learning in Alberta. ECALA is recognized as a Granting Council by Alberta Advanced Education under the Community Adult Learning Program (CALP) Guidelines.
